About Demades

Demades is an AI content studio. We turn trending tech news into short, multi-host audio and video clips — and, when a creator connects their account and approves a clip, we publish it to their social channels for them.

Demades is operated by D3SMC LLC (d/b/a Demades), Austin, Texas.

What the product does

• Generate. Pick a topic — or let Demades pull what tech is talking about right now — and our pipeline researches it, writes a tight multi-host script, and renders it as audio, video, animation, or music with synthetic voices. Every episode ends with a spoken AI-disclosure.
• Browse and listen. Finished episodes live in the Demades app: a public catalog plus private collections for paying customers. Episodes stream in the browser; no install required.
• Clip and share. Long episodes are cut into short, captioned vertical videos suitable for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Publish — only with your permission, only after you approve. If you connect a social account, Demades can post an approved clip to it on your behalf. Nothing is ever posted without an explicit human approval step.

How the TikTok integration works

Demades integrates TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API so a creator can publish Demades clips to their own TikTok profile:

• Sign in with TikTok (Login Kit, scope `user.info.basic`). You authorize Demades from TikTok's own consent screen. We read your `open_id` and display name only — enough to confirm which account a clip will post to. We never see your password.
• Upload as a draft (Content Posting API, scope `video.upload`). With your authorization, Demades sends an approved MP4 to your TikTok inbox as a draft, via TikTok's `/v2/post/publish/inbox/video/init/` endpoint. You finish and publish it inside the TikTok app.
• Direct Post (Content Posting API, scope `video.publish`). Optionally, you can let Demades post a clip directly to your profile at a privacy level you choose, via `/v2/post/publish/video/init/`.

Every post is human-approved before it is sent. A clip moves through an internal review queue and is published only after a person approves it. You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time, which revokes Demades' access.

Your data and your control

We request the minimum scopes needed for the features above and store only what's required to operate them (your TikTok `open_id`, display name, and the authorization tokens).
